Location was mid-point, which was good for our purpose.
The maid missed giving us coffee, etc and also misses dumping coffee pot on several occasions.

Our overall stay was pleasant enough for us. We were in Riverside (our hometown) visiting family and used the room for sleeping, showering etc.

The room was more attractive than I expected, and very comfortable.
The area was sketchy at night, and some young men were sort of harassing me at the pool. The floor of my room was very dirty.

I was very comfortable inside the room; however, it felt sketchy at night when I walked around to get food. It's not in walking distance of UC Riverside. While the room appeared clean on the whole, the carpet was extremely dirty. I walked around barefoot and the bottoms of my feet quickly turned black. Then I put on socks--they got black too. Iron & Ironing board, wash basin separate from toilette & shower.
Thin walls - sounds of the large guy in the next room peeing.

Your basic over-night, moderate hotel/motel. Rooms were clean, bed was good. The pool looked nice but it was too cold outside. I didn't see any restaurant facility.
